The Spotlight: Relational Intelligence
Wednesday, August 11, 2010 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM CDT
Joining us on the August spotlight will be author Steve Saccone, to discuss the factors that affect your relational quotient (RQ) using principles from his book Relational Intelligence.
Relational Intelligence offers church leaders a guide for learning to increase their ability to form and sustain stronger and healthier relationships with everyone in their organizations-staff, lay leaders, members, prospective members, and others.
Based on the premises that we often aware of relational awkwardness in others but blind to it in ourselves, Steve shows how leaders can learn to be smarter in the way they conduct their relationships.
